Shipping Info


Orders will ship within 1-3 business days, Monday thru Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No holiday delivery is available. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST are typically processed the following business day.  After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, and another e-mail containing your tracking number once the order has been shipped.


We offer various shipping options on domestic orders. Please note, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may experience longer times than those listed below:

1. Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail 3-5 Business Days): Flat rate of $3.99, and FREE on all orders over $50.00.

2. Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail 2 to 3 Business Days): Flat rate of $9.99

3. Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express 1 Business Day): Flat rate of $29.99 - order must be placed before 11AM PST. We will do our best on orders placed after, but cannot guarantee same day processing. 


We offer international shipping wherever USPS and DHL delivers.

Typical transit time is between 7-12 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. When a package is in transit tracking is not provided for you package, we can only confirm delivery.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and those customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from, as a customer you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to

2. USPS International Priority (6-10 Days Guaranteed): $39.99 

3. DHL Express (2 to 3 Business Days Guaranteed): $42.99

If you are purchasing a Lovely Lapels item as a Christmas gift, orders shipped via ground USPS or UPS must be placed on or before midnight of Dec. 15th, for guaranteed delivery. 


Lovely Lapels is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
